feet of "Class A" office space located in Boise, Idaho. Other commercial and
residential projects currently in planning and design stages.
Past President/Owner of Highlands Development Corporation, a residential real estate development firm that
developed Highlands Hackberry, a residential subdivision development in the Boise foothills.
Past President/Owner of Hosac Engineering Company, Inc., a general Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm,
which specialized in Airport Design and Planning, Land Development Design and Planning, Municipal Engineering
Design and Planning, and Land Surveying. Originally established in Sacramento, California, and moved to Boise,
Idaho in 1978. Projects included numerous airport, land development and municipal engineering design and
planning projects in Idaho, California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada.
Past President/Owner of Engineering Systems, Inc., a computer hardware and software franchise dealer,
specializing in the sale, installation, and training associated with Computer Aided Design and Drafting
systems for civil engineering and land surveying applications.
Past President/Owner of Western Testing Laboratories, Inc., a Soils and Materials Testing Laboratory and
Field Inspection/Quality Control firm located in Boise, Idaho. Projects included laboratory soils and
materials testing and field inspection/quality control for numerous commercial development projects in Idaho.
Senior Airport Design Engineer for Brandley Engineering Company of Sacramento, California. Responsibilities
included Senior Project Engineer for airport design and planning projects in Tennessee small, medium and large
airports in California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada. Major projects included San Francisco International
Airport; Sacrament Metropolitan Airport; Sea Tac International Airport in Seattle; and Nashville Metropolitan Airport.
Engineering Geologist for Moore and Taber Engineering Geologist of Sacramento, California. Responsibilities
included supervision of foundation investigation/core drilling projects, including preparation of foundation
design reports and specifications for numerous municipal and private commercial development projects.
